As a woman, it often feels as though your body is universal property. Everyone is free to comment on every part of it at any time, and women in our culture are taught from a young age that their appearance is their value. On top of that is the nonsense standards of what is deemed “good” and the massive contradictions of those nonsense standards, often upheld by the same people.
