Porch Stomp Music Festival Today

The Repressions are playing at 12:30pm on the King Avenue Stage, today, at the 2025 Porch Stomp Music Festival! This is a free, all ages show with 18 stages, hundreds of perfomers and the weather is looking beautiful for tomorrow. Details on travel and more stage maps are available on the Porch Stomp website. The Repressions are jangly-excited to be playing the King Avenue Stage at Porch Stomp Music Festival! Saturday- June 21st from 11am-6pm. Vincent – Don Mclean Cover by The Repressions

New YouTube video today… The Repressions cover Don McLean’s “Vincent,” live, by request on Twitch. The song, often called “Starry Starry Night” after the memorable opening lyrics and the image of the famous 1889 painting, is a favorite, and a beautiful tribute to the artist Vincent Van Gogh (1853-1890.) It is a reminder that we need to extend compassion to those we might not understand. Thank you to Don McLean for creating such an exquisite song.
