If we start planning now, we could probably do these costumes for next Halloween. For now, here’s a dream comic…
What an incredible weekend…. nearly too much to report about this huge event and show at BSP Kingston! Thank you to Rebecca Moore, Hudson Valley Vegfest and all of the incredible volunteers! If you were not able to go this year, start planning for the 2020 fest now!
The Repressions were already fans of Kiirstin Marilyn, Luis Mojica, Amelia Rose Allen, Kneel Cohn, Cyndi Washburn, Bobby Belfry, and Candle Hoax, and then got to share the stage with them last weekend, all in support of The Institute for Animal Happiness! Amazing!
This lovely spot in Jackson Heights is warm, inviting, immersed in music and art… and also has amazing vegan desserts! Thank you to everyone who came out to the show…
The Repressions are efficaciously jubilant for their recent summer shows…
The Repressions had a lovely fine time at The Dolphin… so many lovely people in the crowd, great vegan treats and lots of books! Dreamy!
Yay for Spring and Musical Things! Catch The Repressions at these shows coming up soon…
As a woman, it often feels as though your body is universal property. Everyone is free to comment on every part of it at any time, and women in our culture are taught from a young age that their appearance is their value. On top of that is the nonsense standards of what is deemed “good” and the massive contradictions of those nonsense standards, often upheld by the same people.
This song is dedicated to women everywhere who just want to go outside…
Sometimes the world can make you feel very small no matter how old you are…
This is going to be fun! An espresso and wine bar in a cool neighborhood? Oh yes, The Repressions are very excited to play that. No cover- bring your friends!
