The Repressions are excited to play BAKER FALLS for Natalie Asport’s Single Release Party! This is a wonderful lineup of indie rock talent! Get ready to rock with Natalie as she drops her latest single in an exclusive in-person event at Baker Falls on the Lower East Side. With a stellar lineup of artists and music, a music video premiere, and coffee at the center, we’re roasting up an awesome evening to remember. Chill, sip an espresso (or tea if that’s your jam), chat, and celebrate the fresh sounds of “Smell the Coffee” with fellow fans. Don’t miss out on a night full of good music, great company, and all the coffee house vibes you can handle. See you there!
New YouTube video today! It’s “We Are The Strange Ones,” live, from their August Midtown Music concert at Moynihan Station (across from Madison Square Garden). It was a wonderful day with The Bumper Crop Boys and an incredible crowd. Thank you to the 34th St. Partnership, Astoria Music Collective for the opportunity to play at one of our favorite NYC buildings. Special thanks to Music Blogger and Videographer Citizenhullabaloo for the video! We love our city.

The Repressions’ song “Trust Your Doors” is the official entry for NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest 2025! This is a song about the difficulty of making changes, for even the best changes to our lives are not easy.
This contest features independent artists and is a lovely showcase of songwriting, and desks! A new tiny Repressions desk and all of the previous customized tiny desks can be seen in between the color scheme. Thank you for watching!
The Repressions are back to the in-person stage after two years of livestreaming-only, with two shows in July (7/13 and 7/30.) On Wednesday July 13th, The Repressions join Alexander Bishop (8pm) and Elliot Greer (10pm) and will take the stage at 9pm. Admission is free, feelings will be felt and there are so many songs to share!
The Repressions have a new video up today, performing their original song Starlight Golf Course during their Single Release Livestream Show on August 15, 2020. Do like and subscribe, comments are always appreciated, and thank you very much for watching! #forestmusic
