The Repressions are playing at 12:30pm on the King Avenue Stage, today, at the 2025 Porch Stomp Music Festival! This is a free, all ages show with 18 stages, hundreds of perfomers and the weather is looking beautiful for tomorrow. Details on travel and more stage maps are available on the Porch Stomp website. Now in its twelfth year, Porch Stomp offers unique performance and educational opportunities, including concerts, workshops and open jams.

New YouTube video today… The Repressions cover Don McLean’s “Vincent,” live, by request on Twitch. The song, often called “Starry Starry Night” after the memorable opening lyrics and the image of the famous 1889 painting, is a favorite, and a beautiful tribute to the artist Vincent Van Gogh (1853-1890.) It is a reminder that we need to extend compassion to those we might not understand. Thank you to Don McLean for creating such an exquisite song.
