Patrick Stevens is a singer-songwriter and musician in Astoria NYC. Patrick has a very genuine quality, in his person and his music. He is affable and makes everyone in the room feel welcome. His singing voice can reach unique gravelly heights! The Repressions were honored and thrilled when he covered their song “We Are The Strange Ones” (find that video here on this channel) and so glad to interview him backstage at his show in February 2020. Sage Cotignola is an artist that The Repressions greatly admire, who creates lush storytelling and emotionally evocative work in a signature style. The Repressions were so glad to attend her exhibition at Greenpoint Gallery in Brooklyn in February 2020 and get the chance for an interview. New Year, New Bright Lights Video
Last year Nate and Barbara celebrated New Year’s Eve with merriment and music, and a video for their song Bright Lights. They decided to make this a tradition, and this year the lyrics are on screen.
